Patients who are eligible for hospice generally have been diagnosed with a life-limiting illness that estimates they have six months or less to live. Some of the most common conditions are (but not limited to):
AIDS/HIV
Alzheimer’s Disease or Other Dementias
Cancer
Diabetes
Heart Disease
Kidney or Liver Failure
